The Corporate University Best-in-Class Awards CUBIC™ were established to honor, recognize and promote internal training organizations and corporate universities that set standards of ex cellence in a variety of categories. An objective panel of experts and practitioners from the training and development field has been formed to evaluate and score the award applications. Past winners include Fortune 500 companies, small to mid-sized companies, global organizations, non-profits and governmental training groups, so regardless of the size of your organization or your budget, if your organization prides itself on the training and development of its workforce, we encourage you to apply and get the recognition you deserve!

The 2010 CUBIC™ Award Winners will be announced and honored during Awards Luncheon & Ceremony at the Corporate University Week, Wednesday, November 17, 2010.

How to Enter for an Award

Fill out the application: CUBIC Awards Application

Email the Application to: cubicawards@iqpc.com

This application form has 2 parts:

  • General Questions - To provide the Judges with background to your application, must be answered.
  • Category Specific Questions - To provide the Judges with the reasons why you are eligible to win the specific category (s) you have entered. Only one application form need be completed, just with answers for categories you are entering.

Please note that:

  • All contents (figures, photographs etc) of each application are confidential
  • Winning companies individuals will be promoted as such within IQPC material, however all application content will still remain confidential as the winner sees fit
  • By entering for a 2010 award all applicants accept:
    • That the winners' names and winning categories will be published in IQPC post-conference material
    • There is a $149 application fee per category

Rules, Regulations Procedures for Entry Submission

To be considered for the 2010 CUBIC Awards, your entry needs to meet the following requirements:

  • Final entry submissions must be sent ONLY in the form of the application questionnaire. Please follow the instructions and complete all relevant sections for the award category(s) you are entering. No added appendices please. Please email your completed entries to cubicawards@iqpc.com
  • The entries must be received by 11:59pm GMT, September 24, 2010.
  • We are unable to accept late entries. The contact person listed on the Application Submission Form will be contacted via e-mail upon receipt of your entry.
  • All entry forms must be complete and contain the signature of the entrant.
  • Each entry must answer all questions relevant to the categories being entered. Failure to answer any relevant portion of the application may result in the forfeiture of the entry.
  • All applications must be in English.
  • Nominations may also be made on behalf of individual colleagues and external organizations individuals. If an internal individual is selected for the final shortlist, IQPC will contact the person directly to ensure they are happy to be published as a finalist.
  • Applications need to be sent in from the corporate university; vendors can work with their clients, but cannot apply directly.
